We aim to make your holiday as easy and hassle free as possible, so we've tried to think of everything that you might require during your stay at The Manor House.

• You'll find all of the cooking equipment you'd expect to find at home - including a microwave, pots, pans and dishes to cook for ten people. There are two sets of crockery and cutlery and two dishwashers so that you don't have to wash up after every meal. We've provided a huge fridge freezer and an extra fridge just for good measure, so there's plenty of room for food and drink. The kitchen is fitted with a four oven Aga and we provide full instructions for its use!
• The house has Wi-Fi broadband access so that those of you who just can't leave work behind can bring your laptop and check the world is still functioning while you're away! There are digital televisions with Sky, DVD players in both lounges, iPod dockers, and an extensive book, DVD and games collection for your use on rainy days.
• We'll provide enough wood to keep the wood burner going for your entire stay.
• The utility room has the essential washing machine and tumble dryer. There's also plenty of room for muddy boots and drying jackets if the weather has been wet.
• Outside on the patio, there's a very large table and chairs and a barbecue so that you can enjoy the beautiful country garden when the weather is good.
• All of the bedding and towels are provided, as are extra blankets for those times when it's not quite chilly enough to light a fire.
• The three bathrooms all have great showers - no trickling lukewarm showers here! Two of the bathrooms also have baths.
• If you have children, we hope that you won't have to bring too many things with you. We've provided a travel cot (bedding not provided), stair gates and a high chair for the younger ones. For your peace of mind, we've also provided those practical little things that make a difference: electrical socket covers, fire guards and anti-slip bath mats.
• As well as the practical things, we have provided indoor and outdoor games and enough children's books and DVDs to keep the children occupied whatever the weather. There's also a dressing up box to keep the little ones amused.
