Booking Information

 Here is a summary of our booking conditions, together with some useful information about your stay. Please contact us if you have a question. Our full terms and conditions will be provided during our booking process. - Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday throughout the year.
- Three night weekend short breaks from Friday to Monday may be available in low season. When available, prices will be shown on our prices and availability page.
- Your property will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
- Our prices are fully inclusive of VAT, central heating, water, gas, electricity, Sky TV and Wi-Fi broadband. The property is fully equipped with bedlinen, towels (one hand and one extra large bath towel per person), tea towels, high chair, travel cot (please bring your own cot bedding) and logs for fires.
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental price is payable at the time of booking. The reservation will not be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been processed. If the booking is made less than eight weeks before the start of your holiday, the full rent is payable immediately.
- The balance of payment must be received no later than eight weeks before the start of your holiday. If payment is not received by the due date, this will be treated as a cancellation and you will lose your deposit.
- A damage deposit of £500 is payable at the same time as payment of the balance. This will be held until after your departure and refunded to you promptly if, after inspection, no damage has occurred. If any damage has occurred, the cost of restitution will be deducted from the said deposit and only the balance refunded to you. If the cost of damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, you will still be liable for any excess.
- As bookings cannot be cancelled once made, we recommend that you ensure that you have appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
- When you book, you will be asked how you wish to pay. If you wish to pay on-line using your credit or debit card, we will send you a PayPal invoice by email. Alternatively, payments can be made by cheque or paid electronically into our bank account (details of which will be given at the time of booking). All payments must be in Pounds GB.
- If you have someone less able in your party, please contact us to discuss your requirements and the suitability of our property before making a booking.
- For the comfort of all of our guests, The Manor House is strictly non smoking.
- We regret that pets are not allowed at the Manor House.
